Eligibility

Which nationalities makes you eligible for this open call?
Students who are nationals of the following countries are not eligible for this call:

Students from any other country are eligible.
I have dual nationality from France and the US. Am I eligible for this open call?
No, you are not eligible for this open call because one of these two countries, France, is part of the European Economic Area (EEA). Students from EEA countries are not eligible due to substantially lower tuition fees for them compared to non-EEA students.
Are students who are non-EU but hold refugee status (meaning they pay EU tuition fees for Dutch art education, yet still face marginalization) eligible for the commission?
Yes, they are eligible if they are not nationals of an EEA country. Please indicate your status in the application form.

Application Form

I am unable to select my country in the application form. What should I do?
Our list of countries may not be complete, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please send us an email, and we will promptly add it to the form list.
I am unable to upload a document into the form. What should I do?
The issue may be related to a limitation on the size of the file for uploading. If you encounter difficulties, you are welcome to send us a WeTransfer link of your document through email.
I received an email that some information I submitted is missing. What should I do?
We apologise for this technical issue which sporadically affects documents uploaded via the application form. The support team of our platform is actively trying to fix it. As indicated in this email, you can try to send again your application, or send us a WeTransfer link of your documents through email.
